- Unique Student Identifier (USI) and photo ID
- Physically able to wear a full-body harness, climb and work at height
- Our equipment is rated to 140kg including tools and PPE. Close to or above this? Call us before booking
- Photo ID (driver's licence or passport)
- Your USI. No USI yet? It takes five minutes at usi.gov.au
- Long trousers, a long-sleeved shirt and steel-cap boots. No singlets

How much is a heights refresher in Perth?
$180, GST free, with all harness and fall-arrest gear included.
How long does it take?
3 to 4 hours, face to face at our Malaga facility.
Who can do the refresher?
Anyone who completed RIIWHS204E within the last two years. You'll need your Statement of Attainment or USI transcript when you book.
Does a heights ticket legally expire?
No, your Statement of Attainment doesn't expire. Industry practice is to refresh every two years, and your employer or site can require it, so check what they ask for.
Can I do the refresher online?
The refresher is in person, because the practical is the point of it. If you'd rather do the theory at home, the blended full course (online theory plus a half-day practical, $190) is open to anyone, whenever your last ticket was.
What if my ticket is more than two years old?
You'll need the full course. Face to face is one day ($280), and blended is online theory plus a half-day practical ($190).
Where is the training held?
7 Montgomery Way, Malaga WA 6090, a few minutes from Reid and Tonkin Highways, with limited free parking on site. All heights training runs from Malaga.
