What is a USI and why do I need one?

A USI (Unique Student Identifier) is a government-issued reference number required for anyone undertaking nationally recognised training in Australia. It allows you to access your training records and transcripts online and ensures your accredited training is recorded in the national system.

Yes – you must bring valid photo ID, such as a passport, driver’s licence, or proof of age card. All required PPE and training materials will be provided.

Is there a test or assessment?

White Cards are printed on the same day, provided you are deemed competent and all enrolment and ID checks have been completed.

Can I do the course if I’m under 18?
