Non-Attendance – No refund or transfer for failure to attend without notice
Illness or Exceptional Circumstances – Transfers may be granted for illness with a medical certificate. Exceptional circumstances are assessed case-by-case.
Refunds via Stripe Payments – Any refunds processed via Stripe will be minus a non-refundable Stripe processing fee.
