The Barista course is now nationally recognised training. It gives you the core skills to work in a café or hospitality setting — organising your workstation, selecting and grinding beans, extracting and monitoring espresso quality, texturing milk, and presenting and serving — plus the food safety and hygiene practices that keep every cup safe to serve.
You’ll complete self-paced online modules (approx. 3 hours) before attending your practical session, so your face-to-face time focuses on skill-building behind the machine. Training includes knowledge questions and a practical skills assessment.
Two ways to enrol
On successful completion you’ll receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for each unit completed, issued by Workforce Training Group (RTO 46093).
This training is ideal for beginners, job seekers, and anyone wanting formal recognition for their hospitality skills.
