The Hospitality Starter Pack is a complete, beginner-friendly training experience designed to help you step confidently into a job in cafés, restaurants, or licensed venues.
This bundle includes one accredited unit (RSA) plus two practical, non-accredited short courses focused on the essential skills employers look for in hospitality workers.

A USI (Unique Student Identifier) is a government-issued reference number required for anyone undertaking nationally recognised training in Australia. It allows you to access your training records and transcripts online and ensures your accredited training is recorded in the national system.
Approximately 1 day of in-person training, with some pre-reading completed online prior to attending. Barista and Service Skills are delivered on the same day. RSA is typically completed on a separate day and scheduled to suit your availability.

No prior experience is required. This course is designed for complete beginners.
Yes. Before attending your in-person Barista training, you must complete a short eLearning module. This helps prepare you with basic coffee and hygiene knowledge so the practical training can focus on hands-on skills.
You must be able to speak and understand English to follow instructions and participate in assessments.
